Aerator
Motors Rebuilt to Run
It "stinks" when your motor doesn't run
Here's how Darby works to keep you running. |
 |
Motor not running. |
We pick it up and transport
it on a vertical stand. |
|
| Root cause failure analysis is performed. Digital pictures are
available. All parts thoroughly cleaned. |
New windings are installed using class H
insulation and 100% solids epoxy resin to
provide excellent protection against
harsh environments. |
 |
| The rotor is dynamically balanced in two planes. The impeller is
then installed and dynamically balanced on the motor shaft. Balance
tolerances for aerator motors are ISO G1.0 or API 541 as requested
by the customer. |
Careful assembly is done to insure the
correct style thrust bearings are used and installed in the right
direction. Final test run data and vibration spectrums are taken
in the operating position. |
